Concierge Planning Services

The below list of concierge planning services are for vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort and to Disneyland Paris and I am happy to discuss concierge planning for other destinations.

INCLUDES: 

• Initial exploratory call to discuss your goals, wish list and some of my initial recommendations for your trip. 
• Free resort bookings that includes detailed resort options to select from; both on and off property options. We can discuss on a call if needed. 
• Theme park ticket bookings 
• Setup your My Disney Experience Account and link all reservations. 
• Make required Park Reservations 
• Discuss dining options in detail that are best suited for your group
• Book your preferred dining reservations at 6am EST, 60 days prior to your vacation. 
• Make recommendations for special experiences, tours, memory maker + leisure activities such as pool cabanas and spa appointments and then book your preferences (some are exclusive to WDW)
• Suggest resort room location requests and submit them to your resort
• Order requested MagicBands (Exclusive to WDW) 
• A customized trip guide full of my personal recommendations for Disney must-do’s, must-eats, and specialty souvenirs to look for that will be curated specifically for your group. It will also include a detailed guide to your selected resort. The guide will be 15-20 pages packed with information to help you travel like a Pro.
• Share packing list and trip essentials including shopping links for my most recommended items 
• Exclusive discounts to purchase items from some of my favorite Disney Small Shops such as specialty ears and t-shirts. 
• Monitoring for new resort deals and will arrange resortprice adjustments when available. 
• Provide detailed cancellation policy 
• Available for a pre-trip call to answer any additional questions 

Concierge Services are complimentary when booking a trip valued at $7,500 and above. 

$25 of each Walt Disney World concierge package will be donated to Give Kids The World Village.
